Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, we will resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

1. Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery. Contact us at elmejorprecio999@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • the item name

  • a clear description of the issue

  • photos of the damage or defect

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

2. Missing items If something is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 working days. We will verify the issue and refund or resend the missing item.

3. Items sent in error If you received an item you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a return label or collection and send the correct item once the incorrect one is returned.

4. Voluntary returns (change of mind) If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Conditions:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics or oils cannot be returned unless faulty

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
