4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on this website include 21% VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

We accept secure online payments through the methods displayed at checkout.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:

suspected fraud
incorrect pricing
stock unavailability
incomplete or incorrect customer information

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

Shipping times and rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Large furniture items may require pallet delivery; we will contact you to arrange this.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy explains how to report damaged, faulty, missing or unwanted items. Refunds are issued within 14 days after returned items are received and inspected.
